Beatriz Busaniche has a degree in social communication sciences and a master’s degree in intellectual property from Flacso Argentina. She is a professor at the University of Buenos Aires and at Flacso Argentina. She is an activist for Free Software, free culture and human rights in environments mediated by ICTs. She is the Director of the Vía Libre Foundation, a non-profit civil organization that has been working on Human Rights and Technologies for 20 years.
