CODE OF CONDUCT

We have a strict Code of Conduct at all of our events. All attendees are expected to behave accordingly. Anyone violating the Code of Conduct will be addressed immediately. Read the complete Code of Conduct here.

 

REFUNDS

Cancellations for conference attendee ticket holders will only be accepted in writing via email or letter. This correspondence must be received by Friday, September 11, 2020, for a full refund. No refunds will be issued after this date.

 

TRANSFERS OF REGISTRATION

If you cannot attend the conference but wish to give your ticket to someone else, you must do so before October 9, 2020. Please contact us and let us know your plans. We’re not evil overlords though, so contact us anyway (if you need to transfer after October 9) and we can try to work it out.

 

TICKET PURCHASING

Before any tickets are issued to you, full payment must be transacted.

 

QUOTED TEXT

Your registration serves as your permission for us to use any tweets or quotes you make publicly. We’ll fully credit you if we do.

 

ACCESSIBILITY

It is our goal to make this conference accessible to all attendees. Should you have any special needs, please contact us prior to the conference so that we can do our best to accommodate your request.

All Things Open reserves the right to reschedule the event due to extenuating circumstances deemed appropriate by the management of All Things Open.
