Joel Worrall

Joel Worrall is the Director of Open Source and Developer Advocacy at New Relic. Previously, as the CTO of a charitable international relief organization, Joel leveraged New Relic as a customer – both to support operational systems, online engagement through donations, and co-found the HospitalRun open source EMR project. In 2018, Joel joined New Relic to help shape the customer experience for New Relic One programmability. Today, he leads the open source program office, building a community of maintainers and contributors who are creating open source applications, instrumentation, and integrations on the New Relic platform.
