Nejia Lanouar

Néjia Lanouar has been CIO of the City of Paris since November 2012. Her career has been rich with different experiences in both public and private project management. As CIO she is leading the digital transformation of the City of Paris. An open-source enthusiast she believes in co-creation and use of data to improve public services.

Néjia Lanouar graduated as a Civil Engineer from the “Ecole Superieure de Travaux Publics” of Paris and also holds two Master degrees in stratégic Management (IFG) and Information Systems (Sorbonne-IAE)
